As a Customer Service Representative, your role involves responding to customer queries through phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for efficiently resolving customer complaints and maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions. Additionally, you will play a key role in assisting the development of customer service policies and procedures, ensuring that customers" issues are effectively resolved by following up with them. Collaboration with other departments will be essential to address customer concerns and provide accurate product and service information. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally - Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved - Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues - Provide product and service information to customers Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the FMCG industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally - Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools - Excellent problem-solving abilities In this role, you will need to utilize your skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), communication, problem-solving, time management, conflict resolution, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in Gujarati language is preferred, and the work location is in person.
