Job Title: Outbound Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Outbound Tele calling Executive to connect with prospective students/parents, promote our EdTech programs, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents from provided leads
• Explain courses, features, benefits, and fee structure clearly
• Generate and qualify leads; schedule counselling/demo sessions
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups in CRM
• Handle objections professionally and close admissions where applicable
• Coordinate with counsellors and sales teams for lead closure
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, or EdTech preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel)
