Job Description

A leading Beauty & Personal Care Manufacturer is looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell Third Party Manufacturing / Private Label Services. The role involves reaching out to beauty brands, salons, cosmetic startups, and distributors to offer manufacturing services and providing post-sale coordination.

This is a client acquisition + client servicing role.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition (Outbound Sales Calling)

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients such as beauty brands, salons, cosmetic startups, FMCG sellers, and distributors.
  • Pitch Third Party Manufacturing / Private Label services for skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.
  • Understand client needs such as formulation type, product range, packaging, and MOQ.
  • Share details like catalogs, MOQ, pricing structure, and service offerings.
  • Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert them into active clients.

2. Post-Sales Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact after client onboarding.
  • Coordinate with production, R&D, formulation, packaging, and logistics teams.
  • Provide updates on sampling, documentation, production timelines, and dispatch status.
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and the client.
  • Handle client queries and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Encourage repeat business and upselling of additional product lines.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in B2B telesales, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing sector.
  • Ability to explain product formulas, manufacturing process, and business terms clearly.
  • Strong follow-up habits and ability to convert leads into sales.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and maintain structured data records.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
  • Experience: 1–4 years in telesales, client acquisition, or business development
  • Industry knowledge in cosmetics or beauty products is an advantage
  • Freshers with strong communication may be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
