The primary responsibility of this role is to respond to customer queries efficiently via phone, email, and chat. You will be expected to handle customer complaints professionally and maintain accurate records of all interactions. Additionally, you will assist in developing customer service policies, follow up with customers to ensure resolution of their issues, and collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns. Providing product and service information to customers will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and have previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities, are required. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update inventory databases on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Prepare MIS reports related to stock levels, inward & outward movement, consumption, and aging analysis. Conduct inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records. Track slow-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete stock items and share insights with management. Monitor stock discrepancies and coordinate with warehouse, purchase, and accounts teams for resolution. Generate purchase requirement reports based on minimum stock levels. Assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly stock audits and provide required data. Automate reports (Excel, ERP, or MIS tools) for better accuracy and efficiency. Provide timely and accurate data to management for inventory planning and decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros preferred). Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting. Ability to coordinate with multiple departments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 2–5 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in inventory/warehouse/supply chain.
