Senior Manager - Sales Job Scope and Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key sales metrics and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. Utilize market research and competitor analysis to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Lead negotiations with clients and oversee contract management processes. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience of 5 - 8 years as a successful Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role. Should possess banking/ NBFC/ PA-PG services experience Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth.
