Senior Manager - Sales Job Scope and Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience of 5 - 8 years as a successful Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role. Should possess banking/ NBFC/ PA-PG services experience Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth.
