We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Senior Manager – R&D (Design & Development). The ideal candidate will be an engineering leader with a strong background in new product design and development within the heavy engineering, mining equipment, or construction equipment industry, and the ability to lead and inspire teams.

💠 Key Responsibilities

▪️Lead and deliver end-to-end product design and development projects.

▪️Provide technical direction and ensure best practices in design, modeling, and validation.

▪️Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team to achieve business objectives.

▪️Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful product outcomes.

▪️Oversee design reviews, prototyping, and compliance with global engineering standards.

▪️Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

💠Qualifications & Experience

▪️15–20 years of relevant engineering experience, including team management roles.

▪️Must have proven hands-on experience in leading New Product Development team.

▪️Strong industry background in heavy engineering, mining equipment, or construction equipment.

▪️Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools with hands-on experience in product design and validation.

▪️Demonstrated ability in conceptualizing and executing projects related to new product design and development.

▪️Proven capability to align technical deliverables with business commitments.

▪️Excellent communication & leadership skills.
