About the Role

Business Development professional

new store openings, renewals, and portfolio optimization

Key Responsibilities

Business Expansion & Strategy

  • Lead

    end-to-end project execution

    from planning to successful store launch ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
  • Identify and evaluate

    new property opportunities

    in high streets and malls across India to support growth plans.
  • Drive

    strategic property acquisitions

    , store reprofiling, and relocation initiatives to maximize portfolio performance.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align expansion plans with long-term business strategy.

Partnerships & Negotiations

  • Build and maintain a strong

    network of developers, landlords, and mall partners

    to secure premium locations.
  • Lead

    commercial negotiations

    and finalize

    rental agreements, LOIs, and lease documentation

    in line with company standards.
  • Manage

    timely renewals

    and ensure cost efficiency and profitability across the store portfolio.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the

    single point of contact (SPOC)

    for all real estate and mall-related transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with

    Legal, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Projects teams

    for smooth execution of new store openings and exits.
  • Ensure

    legal and statutory compliance

    for all NSOs (New Store Openings) and renewals.
  • Maintain robust project tracking and reporting systems to ensure transparency and accountability.

Market Analysis & Process Excellence

  • Conduct

    market data analysis

    to identify new opportunities and optimize store performance.
  • Drive

    process improvement

    initiatives to shorten project timelines and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental benchmarks to maintain a competitive edge.
