Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager at NAV Fund Services, you will drive go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our global financial services offerings. You will be driving market research and dive into customer and prospect data to uncover insights and build strong value propositions for our GTM efforts. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills to succeed. 

What You'll Do

Strategy and Customer Understanding

  •      Create go-to-market plans for NAVs services across customer segments and geographies
  •      Dive into customer and prospect data, client calls, transcripts and other structured and unstructured data to derive insights
  •      Develop a deep understanding of the market, regulations and strategic moves by competitors
  •      Track inputs and outcomes of your product marketing initiatives and plans

Positioning Our Services

  •      Develop strong positioning for our services with customers, prospects, users and other influencers
  •      Help us understand how NAV stacks up against competitors and how we benchmark against them.

Bringing Products to Market

  •      Plan and execute on launches for new capabilities, geographies or segments.
  •      Work with channel owners to design channel-appropriate messaging
  •      Project management excellence - Keep track of dependencies and timelines and drive projects to conclusion through cross-functional influence and collaboration
  •      *Preferred: Strong understanding of one or more marketing channels like email, LinkedIn, events, paid digital.

Messaging and Communication

  •      Create compelling and consistent messaging assets across website, email, social media, events among others
  •      Use data to keep improving our messaging and value proposition

What We're Looking For

  •      6-8 years of product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, professional services, or tech
  •      Experience doing customer research
  •      Ability to work well with different teams and manage relationships across the organization
  •      Strong writing skills - you should be comfortable creating everything from case studies to sales capability presentations
  •      Strong analytical mindset with a test and learn approach
  •      Solid grounding in product marketing fundamentals with broad understanding of all functional areas of marketing
  •      Ability to work independently, with minimal direction
