Directs a comprehensive product strategy from product conception and definition through end of life. Functions as a central resource with design, quality, test, marketing and distribution as the product(s) move through their lifecycle. Directs those involved in the design, modification and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or group of products. Promotes use of new technologies and industry-leading trends.Market & User Research: Conducting research into industry trends, competitor products, and customer behavior to inform strategy and identify opportunities.Data Analysis: Using quantitative (e.g., A/B testing results, KPIs like conversion and churn rates) and qualitative data (e.g., user interviews, surveys) to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Defining the product vision, strategy, and creating a detailed roadmap that outlines feature releases and timelines to align all teams.Technical Understanding: A solid grasp of the product's technology, development processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum), and technical concepts (APIs, basic coding knowledge) to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.Business Acumen & Financial Literacy: Understanding business models, revenue streams, budgeting, pricing, and ROI to ensure the product is profitable and aligns with business objectives.UX Principles: A good understanding of user experience design principles to advocate for the user and collaborate effectively with design teamsMr. Cooper Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
