Senior Manager - Procurement & Supply Chain

About the Role

The candidate shall coordinate & oversee all the activities of Procurement & SCM so that every minute job activities gets accomplished as per the desired timeline. Responsible for planning, execution and monitoring of procurement & supply chain activities. Will be supporting in data analysis pertaining to various facets of supply chain as the National Coordinator, Procurement & Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Activities:

  Ensure the timeline of purchase for each & every material (RM/PM) meets the defined TAT.

• Inventory Management:

  Ensure warehouse team is maintaining optimum stock level and there is no discrepancy/shrinkage/pilferage. Ensure the ops team is perfectly following the SOP & system hygiene for order processing & deliveries.

• Risk Management:

  Identify risks associated with supply chain and take corrective action on time.

• Pickup & Delivery Performance:

  Ensure the materials are reaching the customers on time and Returns are processed on-time. Ensure we are achieving an OTIF % of 100% all the time.

• Vendor Coordination & Follow-Up:

  Ensure the vendors are achieving the desired TAT as per the agreed contractual agreement.

• Data Analytics:

  Review with the vendor on a monthly/weekly basis so that SLAs are met. Ensure centralised data management & reporting.

• General Expectations:

  The person needs to visit warehouse and visit field as well for procurement & SCM activities.

Qualifications

• 3 + yrs of experience in Supply Chain within FMCG/Fintech Ops/Q-Commerce/E-Commerce is a plus.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics is a plus but not mandatory. Its what your skill & perseverance matters not qualification.

Required Skills

• A go-getter attitude is what we are looking for. A person for whom domain doesn’t matter.
• Hunger to learn & push their own boundaries to achieve extraordinary results.
• Proficiency in Excel/PPT is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Supply Chain within FMCG/MT GT Ops/Q-Commerce/E-Commerce is a must.

Pay range and compensation package

Full-time position with competitive salary based on experience.
