Job Biography

Develops and delivers L&OD programs and initiatives in the organization and evaluates their effectiveness Possess the knowledge of learning and development theories techniques and interventions and uses this knowledge to develop and execute L&OD interventions


Job Purpose

  • Develop and implement org wide L&OD strategies that facilitate and drive individual development and capacity building in line with the organization’s goals
  • Collaborate effectively with people at all levels and interacting with a diverse group of individuals and personalities to ensure the achievement of individual functional and organizational goals
  • Responsible for the overall management of training systems content and support materials
  • Designs, develops and implements organization wide L&OD programs, interventions that facilitate and drive individual development and capacity building in line with the company’s needs
  • Designs and develops frameworks programs and provides support in ensuring its successful implementation
  • Ensures timely roll out of various interventions, program, sessions as per the defined calendar
  • Facilitates workshops, meetings, webinars with relevant stakeholders
  • Manages and ensures smooth working of the platform tool
  • Defines updates and socializes Policies and Processes
  • Analyses facts and data to provide business solutions identifies and incorporates best practices needed for continuous improvement and manages expectations
  • Supports audits and provides continuous improvement basis the audit observations
  • Designs and develops frameworks, programs and provides support in ensuring its successful implementation
  • Builds engaging relationships with all organizational stakeholders through trust teamwork and direct communication
  • Ensure adherence to the policies and processes
  • Provides direction guidance and clarity to team members and ensures deliverables are met
  • Embraces a proactive approach in identifying team needs and provides appropriate support
  • Actively involves team members and other stakeholders to deliver outputs through collaboration


Secondary Accountabilities

  • Refines existing processes and sets up new ones as required
  • Monitors and evaluates systems and recommends solutions to improve system configuration automate manual processes and reports
  • Ensures adherence of Policies and Processes while responding to transactions
  • Manages closure of queries tickets resolutions within SLA through the team
  • Budgets Manages and provides timely input to Leadership and Finance
  • Vendor Management -Ensures timely onboarding and process adherence

  • Work towards personal and teams learning development Recognizes the need to change continuously improve self and actively seeks feedback
  • Improve Employee Training Satisfaction Index, Training Effectiveness Index, Employee Satisfaction Index, Training Penetration Index
  • Work towards automation and reduction of manual work
  • Closure of tasks for programs that have been agreed upon
  • Feedback for Internal and External Facilitators
  • Coverage of learning hours per employee
  • Closure of Tickets as per SLA
  • Analytical Thinking
