About the Role

Products & Operations division

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development & Contracting

  • Design and curate competitive and innovative tour packages for Europe, Scandinavia, UK, USA, and AUS–NZ.
  • Negotiate and contract with DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport companies, attractions, and local partners.
  • Conduct continuous benchmarking and market research to update products as per global travel trends.
  • Operations Management

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of group and FIT tours, ensuring smooth travel experiences.
  • Supervise visa documentation support, ticketing coordination, and ground handling.
  • Manage tour leaders/guides and ensure on-ground service quality.
  • Ensure timely issuance of travel vouchers, itineraries, and confirmations.
  • Costing & Budgeting

  • Prepare competitive costing sheets with accurate exchange rate handling.
  • Optimize margins while ensuring a quality customer experience.
  • Analyze the financial performance of products and make data-driven improvements.
  • Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of operations executives and product specialists.
  • Ensure efficient delegation, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Drive productivity and customer-centric culture within the team.
  • Client & Vendor Relations

  • Maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Handle escalations and resolve on-ground issues during tours.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide product knowledge and support.

    Africa, Japan, South East Asia

    Europe, Scandinavia, UK, USA, AUS–NZ destinations

  • Strong expertise in

    international tour operations, contracting, and ground handling

    .
  • Excellent negotiation, costing, and itinerary planning skills.
  • Proven leadership and people management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, GDS/booking tools, and operations software.

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Tourism, Travel Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience

    in international products & operations in the travel industry.
  • Experience in handling both

    FIT and group travel segments

    is mandatory.
