Experience:

610 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand management, and digital campaign execution, preferably in real estate

Bachelors degree in Marketing/ Journalism, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

  • Proficient in market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation
  • Familiar with digital ad platforms

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand equity.
  • Manage the company website and corporate/marketing communications with all stakeholders.
  • Generate qualified leads and maximize ROI for residential and commercial projects through aggregators using Google and other platforms.
  • Oversee coordination with PR agencies, creative agencies, digital partners, and media vendors to design impactful campaigns across print, digital, outdoor, and events; ensure adherence to brand guidelines and timelines.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to optimize budget allocation and continuously refine marketing tactics.
  • Manage end-to-end event planning and execution for project launches, roadshows, partner meets, and customer engagement initiatives to boost visibility and lead conversions.
  • Prepare detailed dashboards and periodic MIS reports on campaign KPIs, lead-funnel status, engagement metrics, and marketing ROI for senior management review and strategy alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA marketing guidelines, corporate branding policies, and ethical standards in all customer communications and promotional activities.
