Role Overview:

Global Infrastructure Function

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts, including service, SaaS, consulting, employment, and lease agreements.
Partner with multiple business functions to provide proactive legal guidance and ensure risk mitigation.
Manage the
Contract Lifecycle Management platform (Ironclad)
and ensure timely execution through DocuSign.
Maintain compliance and oversee legal documentation for the Indian entity.
Collaborate closely with global legal, finance, and business teams.

Desired Profile:

LL.B from a reputed university (LL.M preferred).
5-9 years of experience supporting in-house legal functions.
Strong exposure to cross-border contracts and global stakeholder management.
Familiarity with CLM platforms (Ironclad, DocuSign, or similar).
Excellent communication, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
High professionalism and ability to manage multiple priorities.
