Role & responsibilities 1. Market Research : Thorough Research of all the markets, to find out New Potential Buyers Finding New Email Ids, More Contact Points. Submission of Cumulative New Client List. 2. Order Processing & Shipment Coordination: Processing Export Orders - Order Punching, Getting New Codes open wherever necessary. 3. Client Coordination, Communication & Client Visits Ensure that Client gets timely responses. Whenever there is new client visit, take care to roam the client around the city or may be some sightseeing. Go to different meeting venues with HOD or Management and ensure proper Meeting notes are made. 4. Meetings with New Potential Clients: Line up of meetings with new potential clients. E-Mail and Cold Calls to Potential Buyers. 5. Exhibition Coordination: Helping HOD in getting new meetings pre-fixed before exhibition. Prepare Client Visit Calendar Sending Thank you mails once the client leaves the booth. 6. Strong follow Ups: Ensure Weekly Regular mails to the potential Buyers. Submission of E-Mail Drafts for approvals. Making new PPTs to convince new potential buyers. Preferred candidate profile Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Confidence in interacting with new people and presenting ideas. Self-motivated with a learning mindset and target-oriented attitude. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
