Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage

  legal agreements, contracts, and financial documentation

• Handle and oversee

  consumer litigations

  , ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
• Manage

  vendor/partner-related litigations

  and contract compliance.
• Maintain and update

  legal trackers

  , dashboards, and compliance records.
• Coordinate with

  external lawyers

  for IPR matters, litigations, and other legal proceedings.
• Ensure

  statutory and regulatory compliance

  related to finance, accounts, and business operations.
• Conduct

  legal research

  and prepare well-structured legal opinions and notes.
• Monitor adherence to contractual obligations and highlight deviations.
• Provide

  accurate, business-focused legal advice

  to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Accounts, Operations, and Procurement.
• Prepare and submit

  periodic legal reports

  to the Head of Legal.
• Conduct

  legal awareness and training sessions

  for internal teams.

Key Skills Required

• Strong experience in

  agreement drafting, financial/legal documentation, and contract management

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  consumer litigation and vendor/partner disputes

  .
• Good understanding of

  legal compliance frameworks

  , especially related to finance and accounts.
• Excellent skills in maintaining

  documentation, trackers, MIS
