About the Role

Sr. Manager – Leasing Support

Experience:

Key Responsibilities

Leasing Execution

• Partner with the Leasing team to achieve annual

  leasing and revenue targets

  for the region.
• Drive

  end-to-end leasing transactions

  — from RFP to client onboarding.
• Manage

  lease documentation

  including LOIs, Leave & License Agreements, and related legal paperwork.

Operational Excellence & Process Management

• Lead

  Customer Lease Cycle (CLC)

  management and ensure data accuracy in

  CRM and DMS systems

  .
• Monitor and improve

  TAT for all leasing and documentation processes

  .
• Prepare and review

  rent rolls, vacancies, lock-ins, and expiries

  for proactive planning.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders:

Governance & Reporting

• Ensure

  audit-ready documentation

  and proper maintenance of electronic and physical records.
• Generate

  accurate MIS reports

  and leasing dashboards for management review.

• Reduction in

  lease process TAT

  from RFP to client onboarding.
