Senior Manager - Leasing

Purpose/Objective

Lead – Leasing and Warehousing is responsible for executing leasing strategies and managing warehouse for existing and prospective sites. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy and operational efficiency through tenant onboarding, lease documentation, warehouse readiness, and client servicing. This position plays a pivotal role in aligning warehousing performance with commercial leasing goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Leasing: Drive lease closures through LOI, term sheet, and agreement coordination with legal and internal teams. Investment Assessment: Support evaluation of new leasing and warehousing opportunities by conducting financial models, IRR analysis, and feasibility studies. Client Onboarding: Manage the handover process from leasing to operations, ensuring a seamless start for new tenants. Market/Industry wide Intelligence & maximize direct customer connect: Track local warehousing trends and rental benchmarks to support techno-commercial decisions. Budget & Cost Control: Support monitoring of leasing budgets and capital budgeting processes to track financial performance of ongoing investment projects. Contract Management: Coordinate execution of lease documentation and ensure use of standard templates and terms. Data & Dashboard Management: Maintain dashboards to track leasing pipeline, occupancy, utilization, and turnaround timelines. Client Experience & Support: Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for clients through post-handover coordination and issue resolution. Digital Tools & Reporting: Utilize CRM and digital platforms to manage leads, lease workflows, and warehouse readiness tracking. Digital Mindset: Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness. Team Development: Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Internal Stakeholders: Business Head - Agri Logistics & Warehousing, Head - Warehousing, Other Departments - HoDs Direct/Indirect Reporters External Stakeholders: Government and regulatory bodies, Trade groups, Industry specific association & Federation, Customers from diversified industry verticals, Competitors

Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualification Full time Graduate / MBA preferred Work Experience: 10-15 Years of extensive experience in Leasing functions and Investment with reputed organizations
