About The Role

We are seeking a

tech-oriented and accomplished HR professional

to lead

talent development initiatives

within the technology function. This role offers the opportunity to design and drive

learning and development (L&D) strategies

that build organizational capabilities, enhance employee skills, and support both technical and behavioral growth.The position is an

individual contributor role

with significant exposure to

stakeholder management

, program design, and execution. You will partner with senior leaders and technical experts to ensure L&D programs are impactful, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement talent development strategies for technology-focused business groups.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis by engaging with stakeholders and translating requirements into effective solutions.
  • Develop and deploy structured programs for new hire onboarding, technical upskilling, and leadership development.
  • Partner with internal experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance for technical and domain learning.
  • Streamline learning processes, platforms, and practices to improve learner experience and engagement.
  • Lead end-to-end program management, including design, delivery, vendor management, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Design and curate instructor-led and digital learning content, including facilitator guides, participant material, and job aids.

Must-Haves

  • MBA in Human Resources.
  • 8–13 years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development, ideally in technology-driven environments.
  • Strong program design and facilitation expertise (instructor-led and digital learning).
  • Proven ability to work as an individual contributor with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with technology-related L&D programs.
  • Strong communication (oral and written), analytical, and execution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and project management.
  • Demonstrated job stability: at least 2 years tenure in each organization.
  • No gaps in education or employment.
