Role Overview

The Senior Manager – HR will be responsible for driving the organization’s human capital strategy through effective talent acquisition, training and development, HR operations, employee engagement, and continuous process improvement. This role requires a strategic mindset with strong operational excellence to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement a

    comprehensive talent acquisition strategy

    aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the

    end-to-end recruitment process

    , including workforce planning, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with

    recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources

  • Monitor and analyze

    recruitment metrics

    to continuously improve efficiency and quality of hires.

2. Training and Development

  • Design, implement, and evaluate

    training programs

    to meet employee development needs.
  • Lead

    leadership and management development programs

    to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Oversee the

    performance management process

    ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide

    career development frameworks

    and growth paths for employees.
  • Implement and manage

    Learning Management Systems (LMS)

    for training delivery and tracking.
  • Manage

    training and development budgets

    effectively.

3. HR Operations

  • Develop, implement, and enforce

    HR policies and procedures

    in line with company values and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure

    compliance with labor laws and regulations

    .
  • Oversee and optimize

    Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

    for seamless HR processes.
  • Address and resolve

    employee relations issues

    , ensuring a fair and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage

    employee benefits and compensation programs

    , ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Ensure

    accurate and timely payroll processing

  • Develop and maintain

    HR dashboards, metrics, and reports

4. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Develop and implement

    employee engagement initiatives

    to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Create

    retention strategies

    to reduce attrition and retain high-performing talent.
  • Conduct

    employee satisfaction surveys

    and utilize feedback to improve HR practices and policies.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate and improve

    HR processes

    for better efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with

    HR best practices and industry trends

    to introduce innovative solutions.
  • Champion

    HR digitalization and technology-driven initiatives

    to enhance employee experience.

6. Budget & Financial Management

  • Develop and manage the

    overall HR budget

    .
  • Identify and implement

    cost optimization strategies

    within HR operations.

Key Requirements

  • Education:

    MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience:

    10–15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 4–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in

    Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    HR laws, policies, and compliance requirements

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    HRIS and LMS platforms

    .
  • Excellent

    strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management

    skills.
  • Strong

    analytical and decision-making abilities

    with data-driven HR management.
