Overview of the Role

To facilitate Unit Head/Corporate HR to achieve units goals, monitor and execute seamless HR operations, implement and drive Corporate Value Initiatives, standardize HR systems, processes, sourcing Quality Talent within timelines, & ensuring 100% engagement of team, building capacities and capabilities of team, assessing impact of training conducted, driving group values with focus on safety, handling grievance, taking corrective actions on exit interviews, counseling, effective liaising ensuring 100% compliance as per applicable Act, controlling and monitoring labour contractors, presenting and submitting analytical reports and MIS with actionable recommendations to Unit Head/Corporate HR.

  • Plan and source quality manpower in line with approved organogram (employee / labour); and update organogram.
  • Provide induction and orientation to new joining employees & ensure they are equipped with tools and tackles and are handed over their role and responsibilities.
  • Check and Verify Unit Salary in System (Attendance/ Leave/AR/ OT/ Misc. Addition and Deletion) and submit to corporate HR for Payroll processing.
  • Liaison with key external stake holders (local, regulatory, and statutory bodies - PF, ESIC, PT, labour) and Monitor, review and take corrective actions on hearing of legal cases, permissions, licenses, statutory audits, inspections in coordination with Legal and PR.
  • Handling Contract Labour as per act and processing their invoices and ensure compliance of contract workmen within time.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and effectively execute events and celebrations as per corporate guidelines.
  • Ensure new and existing employees are aware about their role, KRA, KPI and take corrective actions in case of any discrepancy and Timely execute PMS as per corporate guidelines in a healthy and effective manner.
  • Prepare site training Calendar and Execute training programs as per corporate/site calendar also measure its effectiveness.
  • Plan and effectively roll out corporate initiatives and standardization of policies, systems and processes.
  • To ensure that proper General Safety Measures are conducted.
  • Overseeing Factory admin activities , Guest House Management, Canteen, Travel etc.
  • Prepare and present various HR reports and Budgets & analysis with actionable recommendation
  • Ensure compliances met on time as per Acts.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or MBA-HR [preferred full-time course]
  • Total 08-10 years of experience (5-7 years in Plant HR minimum)
  • Knowledge of HRMS, MS office, SAP will be extra advantage.
