We’re looking for a Senior Manager – People & Culture who can drive our people strategy, shape culture, and make a real business impact.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Talent Acquisition, ensuring best-fit hiring across levels.
Oversee People Operations – payroll, onboarding, exit formalities, employee letters, and people MIS automation.
Build and execute engagement strategies that drive measurable business impact.
Set up and scale Learning & Development initiatives from the ground up.
Partner closely with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.

3️⃣ Sells a vision, not just a role – You know that talent joins a mission, not an org chart. You understand employer branding inside and out — both internally and externally.
🎓 Requirements
Technical Competencies:
Any degree – what matters is your ability to create delightful people experiences.
Talent Acquisition: You’re a role-agnostic specialist who can hire for anything.
People Ops: Advanced Excel, automation, HRMS proficiency (experience with Keka or similar tools preferred).
People Partnering: Proven experience in engagement design and execution.
Learning & Development: Comfortable building programs from scratch.
Behavioural Competencies:
Deep passion for creating exceptional people experiences.
Naturally warm, positive, and approachable.
Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
High integrity, discipline, and ownership mindset.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
