IT Infrastructure and Operations lead

As an IT Infrastructure & Operations Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in owning and scaling our IT environment to support our rapid growth. Your responsibilities will include managing a small IT support team, overseeing endpoint security, hardware lifecycle, conferencing systems, and business continuity planning. You will need to balance strategic IT operations with day-to-day technical leadership to ensure our employees have secure and reliable access to the necessary tools and infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of L1 IT Support Engineers, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met. - Manage IT asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, inventory, and decommissioning. - Oversee relationships with hardware, SaaS, and IT service vendors. - Handle incident, problem, and change management using ITSM tools. - Manage video conferencing solutions and conference room setups. - Provide VIP/executive support during key events. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 6 years of IT infrastructure experience with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. - Strong knowledge of endpoint administration for various platforms. - Hands-on experience with MDM/endpoint security tools. - Proficiency in O365 / Google Workspace administration. - Familiarity with networking basics and vendor collaboration. - Previous experience managing video conferencing solutions. - Knowledge of ITIL practices and ability to create IT documentation. In this role, you will also be responsible for endpoint and security management, ensuring compliance with IT security policies and collaborating on audits and vulnerability management. Additionally, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining SOPs, onboarding guides, and knowledge base documentation for IT operations, as well as contributing to Business Continuity Planning. Furthermore, you will administer and optimize SaaS applications, manage user lifecycle, and oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding process.
