You are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Infrastructure Support to oversee the IT infrastructure operations at GSPANN. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong background in various areas such as Windows Administration, VMWare, endpoint administration, Mobile Device Management (MDM), software management, SolarWinds, people management, and governance. As the Infrastructure Support Manager, your key responsibilities will include managing and maintaining Windows servers and workstations, ensuring optimal performance and security. You will also be responsible for overseeing the virtualization environment, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of VMWare infrastructure. Additionally, you will ensure that all endpoints (desktops, laptops, mobile devices) are properly configured, secured, and maintained, and implement and manage Mobile Device Management solutions to secure and control mobile devices within the organization. Furthermore, you will oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of software applications across the organization, utilize SolarWinds for network monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting, lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, and ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMWare, endpoint administration, and MDM solutions is required, as well as experience with SolarWinds or similar network monitoring tools. Proven leadership and people management skills, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential. Preferred skills for this role include certifications such as MCSE, VCP, or similar, experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks. The specialist will be responsible for configuring, managing, and providing Tier 2/3 support for Intune environments in a global enterprise setup. Key Responsibilities : Intune Tenant & Policy Managemen to Configure and set up the Intune Tenant.o Define and implement Intune compliance and configuration policies.o Configure Intune for endpoint device management across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS. Device Imaging & Deploymento Create device images with required base software.
