Are you a seasoned hotelier ready to lead a flagship property?
We’re seeking a General Manager / Senior Manager – Hotel Operations with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry to take charge of our high-end property in Motera, Ahmedabad. This is a strategic leadership role ideal for someone with a track record of running luxury hotels, leading large teams, optimizing performance, and delivering unparalleled guest experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Direct, mentor, and inspire department heads across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Sales, HR, and Maintenance.
  • Cultivate a culture of professionalism, efficiency, and guest-centric service.

Guest Experience Excellence

  • Ensure exceptional service standards, guest satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Personally handle VIP guest relations, escalations, and feedback with discretion.

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless departmental coordination.
  • Maintain hospitality standards, hygiene protocols, and operational discipline.

Business Strategy & Performance

  • Drive occupancy, ADR, and profitability through effective strategy execution.
  • Analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions to boost performance.

Sales, Marketing & Branding

  • Support the sales team in securing corporate, MICE, and leisure bookings.
  • Collaborate with tourism boards, agencies, and event planners for partnerships and visibility.

Financial Oversight

  • Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and implement financial controls.
  • Ensure profitability while maintaining service quality and operational excellence.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and safety standards.
  • Lead audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business (MBA preferred).
  • 20+ years of hotel industry experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations, guest services, and financial planning.
  • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in pre-opening, repositioning, or renovations is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.
