Job Description Role: Senior Manager- Compensation & Benefits (Global Rewards) Location: Gurugram Work mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO) About the Opportunity: This role is part of the People function and would be responsible for designing & implementation of the Compensation function within the company including, but not limited to, Annual Merit Cycle, Performance Management, Salary Benchmarking, Salary Structure, Compensation Plans, Vendor management, Reporting and Data administration, and guidance to the HR and business teams . The candidate will provide support in developing policies based on long and short-term compensation strategy of the business and partner with management to drive business value. This is a highly collaborative team environment, and candidates must possess a demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and work independently with minimal direct supervision. Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities: Ensuring that the company compensation plans comply with the relevant local legislations Support the Annual and Mid-Year Compensation planning process and related work streams. This includes design, process development, project management, and communication planning. Manage the annual market analysis for multiple geographies , including survey participation, market pricing practices, salary structures, merit recommendations and involvement in data preparation, data analysis, development and delivery of observations, and recommendations to Business and Rewards leadership. Champion the company's global compensation philosophy and partner across Human Resources and the business to ensure compensation programs are designed and delivered in alignment with global compensation, total rewards, and HR objectives. Lead the benefits framework globally, working with regional HR leads across countries Assist with ongoing Compensation and Benefits initiatives and projects and handle ad-hoc projects/ assignments as required Support ESOP and Incentive plan administration globally Key Capabilities and Competencies: Strong business and financial acumen, demonstrated project management skills, outstanding written and verbal communications skills Advanced spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheets) and strong slide show presentation skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides) Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using compensation and HRIS systems (preferably Darwin box) to analyze data and generate reports . Strong verbal, written and communication skills Thorough analysis, proactively identification and implementation of opportunities to improve the Rewards framework Self-driven, result-oriented, structured approach Proactive and takes initiative in seeing tasks to completion Ability to work and perform under pressure Ability to communicate and build partnerships with all levels of management and staff Qualification and Experience Graduation/ Post Graduation, preferably in Human Resources Master's degrees or relevant certifications (e.g. CCP - Certified Compensation Professional, CBP - Certified Benefits Professional) are a plus. 10 to 15 years of post-qualification experience, with relevant experience in Rewards (focusing on compensation) In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, job evaluation, market analysis, and regulatory requirements related to employee compensation Knowledge of building compensation and benefits packages Experience in international locations (US, UK, Canada, Europe and Australia), in addition to India Knowledge of statutory compliances and labor laws related to compensation and benefits Exposure to global business environments/ global roles/ senior stakeholders Project management experience is desirable Knowledge of ESOP and Sales Incentive is desirable If interested share your cv at aishwarya@beanhr.com
