What you will do

You will act as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). You will support management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertise.

Job Specific Responsibilities

Design and Implement Compensation Programs

  • Develop competitive salary structures and pay equity frameworks.
  • Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
  • Manage annual compensation reviews, merit increases, and incentive programs.

Manage Benefits and Wellness Programs

  • Oversee health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies.
  • Negotiate with vendors and manage benefit plan administration.
  • Ensure programs are cost-effective and meet employee needs

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze compensation data and total rewards metrics.
  • Prepare reports for leadership on program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend strategic adjustments.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to align rewards strategy with business goals.
  • Support talent retention and engagement through holistic rewards programs

You will be a great fit if you

  • Proven experience designing and managing salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
  • Ability to interpret compensation data, conduct benchmarking, and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with labour laws, tax implications, and statutory requirements related to rewards programs.
  • Skilled at explaining complex reward concepts to stakeholders and employees in a clear, engaging way.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, compensation tools, and Excel for modeling and reporting.

Skills one must have:

Presentation Skills, Influencing & Persuasion Skills, Strong command on excel, Written & Verbal, Communication Skills.
