About Us

ValetEZ is a fast-growing services and technology company revolutionizing the parking and mobility industry. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on finance professional to lead and strengthen our Finance, Accounts, Payroll, and Admin functions.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager – Finance, Accounts & Admin (Payroll) will be responsible for managing the company’s end-to-end financial operations, statutory compliance, payroll administration, vendor management, and overall office administration. This is a strategic role requiring strong analytical, compliance, and leadership skills to support organizational growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounts

  • Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESI, ROC).
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Payroll & Compliance

  • Oversee monthly payroll processing through HRMS (KEKA).
  • Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, reimbursements, and benefits.
  • Handle statutory payroll compliances (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, bonus, etc.).
  • Maintain employee records in line with HR & compliance policies.

Administration & Vendor Management

  • Oversee office administration, procurement, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of company assets, travel desk, and employee facilities.
  • Negotiate with vendors for cost optimization and timely service delivery.

Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead the Finance & Admin team and provide guidance for operational excellence.
  • Work closely with management to support strategic decisions and cost controls.
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Business teams to ensure alignment across processes.

Requirements

  • Qualification: CA/ICWA/MBA Finance (preferred) or M.Com with relevant experience.
  • Experience: 15 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounts, Payroll, and Administration, with at least 3–4 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, payroll compliance, and statutory regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll tools (experience with KEKA is a plus).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment with strong attention to detail.
