Job Location: Bangalore

Shift Timing: 1:00PM IST – 10:30 PM IST

Experience:4+years

Responsibilities:

• Lead a 3–5-member offshore team; Provide thought leadership; Design Methodology for Problem Solving & mentor the team in producing an error free deliverable.
• Create technical and Data Quality and Business Requirement Documents based on discussion with clients and STTM documents
• Develop Business rules and Logic to harmonize data
• Perform post deployment Validations for various data assets
• Perform User Acceptance testing, own the creation and execution of test plans
• Ensure thorough quality check of output from team and provide tangible insights / recommendation to client.
• Inspire and manage a talented team to achieve its goals and development potential.
• Define and manage a long-term vision and portfolio of initiatives.
• Stay up to date with current technology trends, data tools and techniques.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity to develop and champion new ideas and creative solutions.

Qualifications (Required):

• 4+ years of experience in consulting or data analytics role with experience of leading a team (3+ members)
• 2+ Years of offshore delivery responsibility.
• 1+ years of experience of working in Data Management Teams.
• Strong verbal skills to enable coordination across multiple teams to understand and document business needs
• Strong written skills to write technical and business requirement documents.
• Bachelor’s degree from Tier I colleges (Post Graduation – Good to have, not mandatory).
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with anyone of the following tools – SQL and Pyspark.
