Company- Phsyicswallah Limited Designation and Role:- Senior Manager-ECommerce Experience-4-8 years Location- Noida (Sector 62) Key Responsibilities: Category Strategy & Planning Develop and own the vision, roadmap, and strategy for the category in alignment with overall business goals. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, market gaps, and growth opportunities. Define the optimal product mix and pricing strategies across sub-categories such as STEM kits, DIY kits, and educational toys. Product & Portfolio Management Collaborate with product, design, and R&D teams to conceptualize, test, and launch innovative experiment kits. Lead SKU rationalization, portfolio optimization, and product lifecycle management. Ensure product offerings remain innovative and relevant for various age groups and desired learning outcomes. Business & Financial Ownership Forecast demand, set annual business targets, and monitor key performance indicators including GMV, customer retention, and unit economics. Track sell-through rates and ensure supply chain is effectively aligned with market demand. Cross-functional Leadership Partner with teams across marketing, sales, supply chain, design, and content to implement go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with marketing to define merchandising, promotional, and pricing plans. Lead efforts on customer insights, content development, and integration of educational experiences within the category. Customer & Market Insight Gain a deep understanding of child behavior, parental purchasing decisions, and educational value propositions.
