Role Overview: We are looking for an analytical, creative, and proactive Shopify Store Manager to lead the end-to-end management of our Shopify-based D2C store. You’ll own the store performance, ensure smooth operations, and deliver a seamless customer journey that reflects the bold, no-BS vibe of Beastlife. Key Responsibilities: 🛒 Store Management & UX Manage and optimize our Shopify Plus store Implement landing pages, product pages, and collections that convert Monitor store speed, performance, and bugs 📦 Product & Inventory Ops Upload and manage SKUs, product bundles, and variant options Ensure pricing, inventory, and descriptions are accurate and updated Coordinate with supply chain and fulfillment teams for inventory syncing 📈 Sales & Conversion Optimization Implement A/B tests (offers, CTAs, layout) Work with performance marketing team to improve CRO Analyze heatmaps, funnels, and session recordings 🔧 Integrations & Tools Manage 3rd-party Shopify apps (reviews, upsells, subscriptions, etc.) Set up automation workflows (abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.) Coordinate with developers for advanced customizations 📊 Reporting & Analytics Track daily/weekly sales, checkout behavior, drop-offs Report on key metrics: CR, AOV, CAC, LTV (in coordination with marketing) Use GA4, Shopify reports, and Hotjar/CrazyEgg What We’re Looking For: ✅ Minimum 1 years experience managing Shopify stores ✅ Strong understanding of eCommerce UX, CRO, and D2C funnels ✅ Hustle, ownership, and a beast mindset 💪 Why Beastlife: 🔥 Work with a young, high-performance team 🚀 Direct impact on revenue and growth 💼 Opportunity to scale a challenger D2C brand 💥 Fast-paced, no-politics, idea-first culture To Apply: Send your CV in my DM or Email Subject line: “Shopify Store Manager – [Your Name]” Show more Show less
