Responsibilities:-

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with a primary objective of generating qualified direct leads.

Create high-conversion landing pages and lead capture forms optimized for user experience and engagement.

Drive and manage performance marketing initiatives with a strict focus on Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to ensure campaign creatives and messaging align with lead generation goals.

Analyze lead behavior and performance metrics to fine-tune campaigns and improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Conduct regular A/B testing on ads, targeting, and landing pages to enhance lead acquisition performance.

Report daily/weekly/monthly on campaign performance, lead flow, and pipeline impact.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover, feedback collection, and follow-up.

Requirements and skills:-

Must have proficiency with online marketing and several tools pertaining to that.

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing strategies.

Proven experience within the field of designing interactive applications along with various networking platforms.

In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.

Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
