For more information’s log into our website: - https://www.nkrealtors.com Job Title: AGM/Sr.Manager – NK Assist Department: Sales & Business Development (Ancillary Services) Location: Kolkata Reports To: HOD – NK Assist Role Overview: The Supervisor will oversee a team of 6–8 Advisers responsible for lead generation and revenue conversion for ancillary services through telephonic and face-to-face client engagement. The Supervisor will drive team performance, ensure target achievements, maintain process hygiene, and coordinate with business partners for seamless lead handling. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coach, and motivate 6–8 Advisers to achieve individual and team monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Monitor lead generation activities, ensuring effective communication and aggressive follow-ups with business partners(bank) points of contact (POCs). Regularly review and update the Sales Force and lead management tools with the team. Conduct team meetings and feedback sessions to review performance and address challenges. Ensure high standards of telephonic and in-person communication with prospects and affiliates. Manage rosters, ensure adherence to rotational week-offs, and maintain work discipline and hygiene. Coordinate with higher management regarding escalations, team performance updates, and process improvements. Encourage a target-oriented environment driven by incentives and achievements. Provide on-the-job training and refresher sessions to enhance team skills, especially in communication, computer navigation, and client handling. Ensure that team members are flexible and available for client visits whenever necessary. Key Attributes Required: Will be responsible for all three loctaions(Kolkata,Bengaluru,Hyderabad). Strong team leadership and motivational skills. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali. High proficiency in Sales Force . Target-driven with a proven sales or revenue generation background. Flexibility in work hours and ability to manage rotational week-offs. Ability to travel for client or affiliate meetings when required. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Experience and Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 7+ years of experience in sales, telecalling, or field sales roles. 5+ years in a team handling or supervisory role .
