Senior Manager - Customer Success

Role Overview

end-to-end customer lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage

  enterprise HRMS implementations

  from onboarding to stabilization.
• Drive

  project planning, execution, timelines, and delivery governance

  .
• Act as the primary owner for

  customer relationships, escalations, and CXO-level engagements

  .
• Ensure strong

  stakeholder coordination

  across customer, internal teams, and partners.
• Drive product adoption and value realization of Voyon Folks configurable HRMS platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams for smooth delivery, renewals, and expansions.

Key Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in

  SaaS / HRMS / ERP customer success or delivery roles

• Strong

  project management and stakeholder management

  capabilities
• Solid understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance)
• Proven experience handling

  enterprise, multi-entity, and multi-location customers

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Exposure to

  India, Middle East, South East Asia, or Africa

  markets is a strong advantage
