Job Description

As a highly experienced Senior Manager Customer Success at Wizikey, your primary responsibility will be to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will play a crucial role in managing enterprise-level B2B clients, developing customer strategies, and ensuring clients maximize the value of the platform through cross-functional collaboration. Your dedication to being the key advocate for customers will be instrumental in helping them achieve their business objectives and nurturing long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and set customers up for success. - Demonstrate a track record of achieving upsell, cross-sell, and revenue growth targets in SaaS environments. - Manage high-profile customers by building strong relationships and solving problems effectively. - Possess a deep understanding of SaaS products and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. - Approach challenges with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and make informed decisions. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders through excellent written and verbal skills to manage expectations. - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Mentor and lead a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to promote best practices and ensure a consistent customer experience. Qualifications: - 6-8 years of experience in B2B customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS company. - Proven experience in managing enterprise-level clients in a SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of the SaaS lifecycle. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a history of managing high-value accounts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to derive actionable insights from customer data and metrics. - Strategic thinking regarding customer needs and alignment with the product roadmap. - Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently with strong organizational skills. - Customer-first mindset focused on delivering exceptional service and value.
