If driving category visibility, planning high-impact sale events, and shaping traffic to boost conversions excites you—this one’s for you.What you’ll do: Own and optimize site merchandising for better user experience Drive traffic shaping, target planning, and revenue growth Lead sale events, promotions, and campaign execution end-to-end Design smart discount and commercial strategies Work closely with marketing, category, tech, and ops teams Track performance, analyze data, and unlock growth opportunitiesWhat we’re looking for: 6–8 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or commercial planning Strong analytical and execution skills Hands-on with Excel / Google Sheets and data reporting Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
