Senior Manager - Commercial Finance (Offline Sales)

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Finance Operations: M

   anage finance processes for Offline Channels, including

   General Trade (GT)

   and

   Modern Trade (MT)

   , ensuring alignment with business goals.

2. Receivables & Business Finance:

   Bring strong expertise in receivables management, commercial operations and business finance.

3. Distributor Finance:

   Oversee distributor-related financial activities including

   pricing, claims settlements, and reconciliation

   to ensure transparency and accuracy.

4. Customer Account Management:

   Ensure regular monitoring of

   customer ageing

   and perform timely, accurate

   account reconciliations

   .

5. Business Partnering:

   Collaborate closely with

   Sales and Commercial teams

   to provide actionable insights, track key performance metrics, and support strategic decisions.

6. Process Improvement & Automation:

   Drive continuous improvement in finance processes through

   automation, system enhancements, and advanced Excel-based analytics

   .

7. Reporting & Presentations:

   Prepare and present high-quality reports, dashboards, and business reviews for

   senior leadership

   .

Candidate Requirements

1. Industry Experience:

   7-10 years of progressive experience in

   FMCG or Personal Care

   sectors with a focus on

   Finance, Commercial Operations, Receivables

   .

2. Channel Expertise:

   Proven track record of managing finance operations for

   General Trade (GT)

   and

   Modern Trade (MT)

   , including distributor and trade partner finance.

3. Team Leadership:

   Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of

   5-7 professionals

   .
