We are seeking a Senior Manager – Commercial – After Market Location: Pune Plant Basic Requirements: Educational Qualification: ICWA. Age: 28 – 33 years Experience: 6 – 8 years Industry: Preferably from Heavy Engineering / Automobile Industry. Purpose of the Job: Responsible for Analyzing how to improve the business with profitability in various After Market area like Spare parts, Service, AMC, FMC, Rental etc. Incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring existing Internal control and preparing the new SOP’s to strengthening the internal control. Scope of Work & Accountabilities: Structuring & Analysis of various commercial contracts for After Market. Business partnering with various stakeholders to improve business in sustainable & profitability. Establish and strengthen internal controls. Input & ideas to improve the efficiency, bring process orientation and automation to avoid recurring tasks. Maintain the trail of various commercial documentation / calculation in appropriate way. Analysis the various Business Proposal like Service contract and machine Sales Proposal keep in mind customer expectation and company interest. Analysing various used machine proposals in terms of clear documentations, its current condition, future usability, and target profitability. Workshop Monthly Productivity & Efficiency analysis. Various Rental contract adherence and its execution on time. Develop the New MIS reports as per the various business need and sharing the same to management for review. Skills / Competencies required: Good Communication skills – both oral & written. Strong Analytical Skills. Problem Solving ability of complicated tasks. Good Presentation skills. Interpersonal skills – tact & diplomacy. Collaborative, Assertive & Influencing.
