We are seeking an

Administration Manager

Location: Pune

Basic Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Graduation
Age: 27– 35 years
Experience: 5 to 10 years

Purpose of the Job:

Support the End-to-End management of all administration tasks at Plant & Regions.

Scope of Work & Accountabilities:

Ticket booking for expats & Indian employees (domestic & International)
Assist in Visa management for employees travelling outside of India
Local Travel arrangements of Expats & employees .
Manage the bills and claims of the employee.
End to end canteen facility management at the plant. Maintain the hygiene standards in the caneetn facility
Vehicle management including managing the transport facility at the plant and regions.
Manage the Housekeeping activity of the plant.
Manage the various contractors staff (Security, Gardners, Housekeeping etc) in administring their duty.
Preparation of various MIS reports.

Problem Solving with ability to complete tasks
Collaborative
