Senior Manager Business Intelligence

As a Senior Manager Business Intelligence at a leading Pharma Market Research company in Mumbai, your primary role will be to generate new business and deliver value-added presentations to clients. You will be responsible for managing a set of clients, providing support, training, and any necessary assistance to achieve financial and client satisfaction goals. Your core duties and responsibilities include: - Achieving the target for generating new business and delivering insights through presentations to key stakeholders. - Providing client services such as training, query support, issue resolution, and ensuring deliverables are met as per agreements. - Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for client servicing and handling. In addition to your core functions, attitudinal skills expected from you include relationship building, team orientation, persuasion, result orientation, self-drive, adaptability, and passion. Your functional skills should encompass expertise in MS Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and managerial, planning, organizational, and time management skills. The preferred qualifications and experience for this role include being a Graduate (preferably in B Pharm or BSc) with a post-graduate degree in Management and 4-7 years of experience in field/market research/brand management in the pharmaceutical industry. Language skills required are proficiency in English, Hindi, and any one Indian language. Candidates with a background in Pharma Marketing/Product Management are highly preferable for this position. Please note that the job requires candidates with 5-10 years of experience in Pharma Marketing or Market Research, and any graduate with an MBA/PG qualification is eligible. The preferred industry background is Pharma/Biotech, and the current location for this role is Mumbai.,
