Senior Manager Business Intelligence

As a Business Intelligence, Senior Manager at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in delivering service performance metrics across Enterprise Ops. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing initiatives that exceed customer needs, translating business challenges into data needs, and building trusting relationships with internal customers and countries. You will also be responsible for agreeing on the approach, implementation plans, and timelines for global projects and change initiatives.
