Senior Manager Business Intelligence

As a Data Analytics and Automation Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, enhancing sales productivity, and supporting strategic initiatives across various banks. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize data and analytics to provide timely insights for Business Development teams, enabling efficiency and higher volumes through Relationship Management teams. - Drive business growth through advanced data analytics, offering actionable insights on a regular basis. - Create and deliver automated dashboards for banks, non-banks, and other partners, supporting Business Development group and partners with regular business dashboards and growth recommendations. - Act as PMO to plan and execute sales efforts, develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines. Support partners with tracking and coordinating key tech integrations and projects. - Implement data-driven strategies to increase sales productivity. Ensure effective project planning and management to align with business priorities. - Provide tailored solutions to banks based on competitive analysis and business requirements. Lead compliance, customer success, and product development initiatives with internal stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Superset, Tableau, and Power BI. - Experience in automation and dashboard development. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Familiarity with AI-powered BI tools like Power BI and Tableau. - Proficiency in stakeholder management. - Strong project management skills. - Commercial acumen and business analytics expertise. - Experience in designing and managing solutions.
