About the role We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager well-versed with emerging technologies to join our team. As an Engineering Manager, you will ensure consistency and quality by shaping the right strategies. You will keep an eye on all engineering projects and ensure all duties are fulfilled. You will analyse other employees’ tasks and carry on collaborations effectively. You will also transform newbies into experts and build reports on the progress of all projects What you will do Design tasks for other engineers, keeping Meesho’s guidelines and standards in mind Keep a close look on various projects and monitor the progress Drive excellence in quality across the organisation and solutioning of product problems Collaborate with the sales and design teams to create new products Manage engineers and take ownership of the project while ensuring product scalability Conduct regular meetings to plan and develop reports on the progress of projects What you will need Bachelor's / Master’s in computer science At least 8+ years of professional experience At least 4+ years’ experience in managing software development teams Experience in building large-scale distributed Systems Experience in Scalable platforms Expertise in Java/Python/Go-Lang and multithreading Good understanding on Spark and internals Deep understanding of transactional and NoSQL DBs Deep understanding of Messaging systems – Kafka Good experience on cloud infrastructure - AWS preferably Ability to drive sprints and OKRs with good stakeholder management experience. Exceptional team managing skills Experience in managing a team of 4-5 junior engineers Good understanding on Streaming and real time pipelines Good understanding on Data modelling concepts, Data Quality tools Good knowledge in Business Intelligence tools Metabase, Superset, Tableau etc. Good to have knowledge - Trino, Flink, Presto, Druid, Pinot etc. Good to have knowledge - Data pipeline building

About the Role: Addressing support issues related to dashboards raised by CSMs and customers. Training the semantic layer behind the Ask Question feature, enriching it with deeper business context. Developing POCs or custom dashboards requested by customers. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for dashboard development. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools, preferably QuickSight (other tools like Superset, Tableau, Power BI are also relevant). Query and manipulate datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends. Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all dashboards and reports. Work in a fast-paced environment to deliver dashboards on tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. Provide training and support to end users on dashboard functionality and best practices. Stay current on industry trends and emerging BI tools and technologies. Qualifications: Proven experience working with BI tools, preferably Amazon QuickSight. Strong SQL and data querying skills; familiarity with data modeling concepts in DBT is a plus. Demonstrated expertise in dashboard development and data visualization. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Experience in customer-focused or Fintech SaaS environments is a plus.

Cluster expansion on all clusters. Managing & liaising with relevant stakeholder for escalated issues and enhancements. Apache Druid/Superset Admin Support with bug fixes and security patches and application-level security fixes 18x5 Support for tickets during the weekdays. On-call support for P1/P2 issues during weekends Create needed JIRA tickets for L4 Development team All the activities will be driven via Visas Service Now portal called as AskNow. The latest trends for last 6 months is roughly around 60/10 tickets/month comprising of all categories Incidents & Requests and Change approval tasks should be resolved in a timely manner within defined SLAs (indicative SLAs as below and to be firmed up during contracting stage) 60% tickets to be resolved within same business day. 90% tickets to be resolved within 3 business days. Resolution time for the rest 10% of tickets to be agreed with Visa Manager within 3 business days after ticket creation.
