As a Senior Manager Business Intelligence at a leading Pharma Market Research company in Mumbai, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: Our client is a Pharmaceutical market research organization that has diversified into an IT infrastructure player in Pharmaceutical Distribution & Retail. With multiple product offerings aimed at providing early and accurate information to clients for strategic planning and competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business and deliver value-added presentations to clients - Manage a set of clients by providing support, training, and resolving issues to achieve financial and client satisfaction goals - Add insights to presentations and deliver them to key stakeholders - Ensure client deliverables are met as per agreements and achieve set KPIs for client servicing - Build and maintain relationships, work effectively in a team, be persuasive, result-oriented, self-driven, adaptable, and passionate Qualifications Required: - Graduate (preferably B Pharm / BSc) with a PG in Management - 4-7 years of experience in field/ Market Research/ Brand Management in the pharmaceutical industry - Proficiency in MS Office Tools like Excel & PowerPoint - Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and servicing skills - Strong managerial, planning, organizational, and time management skills - Fluency in English, Hindi, and any one Indian language Please note: Candidates with experience in Pharma Marketing or Product Management are preferable for this role.,
