Role overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Strategist with 5-8 years of experience in brand planning, digital-first strategy, and integrated campaign development. The ideal candidate has worked in creative or digital agencies that closely partner with media teams, and understands how to balance brand-building with performance outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead brand planning and strategic thinking across client accounts, translating business objectives into effective communication strategies.
  • Partner with creative, media, and account management teams to develop integrated 360° campaign strategies.
  • Analyse consumer insights, market trends, and digital behaviour to craft brand narratives that drive relevance and engagement.
  • Develop strategic frameworks for brand positioning, creative briefs, content strategies, and campaign architecture.
  • Bring a performance-aware approach: connect brand storytelling with measurable digital KPIs, ensuring creativity meets effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops and strategic sessions with clients to uncover brand challenges and opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of cultural, digital, and social media trends to inform innovative approaches.
  • Mentor junior strategists and contribute to building the agency’s strategic excellence.


Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in brand strategy, planning, or digital strategy at creative, digital, or integrated agencies.
  • Proven track record of developing successful brand and communication strategies across multiple touchpoints.
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems including social, content, influencer, and performance marketing.
  • Ability to simplify complex business problems into clear strategic directions.
  • Adept at using data and insights to fuel creativity and measure impact.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside creative and media teams.
