In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and maximize revenue while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. 1. Identify, target, and engage with key clients. Gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs, challenges, and business objectives to position offerings effectively. 2. Support the Account Leaders for multiple domestic priority accounts - helping develop strategic account plans, building growth momentum, unlocking/ nurturing new conversations, and embedding account management best practices. 3. Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategic plans for entering new opportunities/ markets and expanding our presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize offerings to the client. 4. Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the industry. 5. Collaborate with solution architects, consultants, and subject matter experts to develop tailored proposals that address client-specific challenges and showcase company's value proposition. 6. Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and potential deals. Utilize CRM systems to monitor progress/ ensure accurate forecasting. 7. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory. Leverage this knowledge to identify new opportunities and adapt Market Intelligence strategies. 8. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business contracts. Work closely with risk, legal and finance teams to ensure terms & conditions are mutually favorable. 9. Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and successes. 10. Participate in the development of the account plan, the periodic review process, and the overall strategy. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Account Driver/ Account Management/ Business Development experience 2. Proven track on managing client relationships 3.
