Job Description

This is a key role in the Sales and Business Development vertical of Visa India and will be responsible for managing key payment products, acquiring and digital banking platforms for one of the top tier financial organisation.
The role is expected to lead this client relationship with the aim of growing acquiring business market share for Visa driving strategic initiatives with to deliver account plans to ensure delivery. Deepening client relationship, identifying new opportunities, ensuring compliance of Visa rules and market regulations, driving new solutions growth in specific segments are some of the key deliverables.
You will also be required to deliver outcomes by driving agenda with cross functional teams internally and externally (with client).
The right candidate is expected to have prior experience of managing relationship (preferably with acquiring background) with senior stakeholders as well as execution teams. Candidate is expected to develop strong alignment between client organization and Visa, agree on strategic goals and deliver both long-term and short-term outcomes, negotiate contractual terms within set parameters and adhere to internal policy and procedures when structuring agreements. Be the principal point of contact for the accounts managed by the role, focusing on creating sustainable long-term relationships with partners and drive delivery.
Ideal candidate is expected to be a highly effective communicator who can form networks and make inroads into client organization.
You will operate in a complex, matrixed environment and be adept at developing a robust internal and external network of relevant global business leaders to support you in effective execution.

The right candidate is expected to be proficient in excel and power point and have capability to project manage complex projects.
Recognized degree preferably in Business Management from a tier 1 institute with over 8 years of business development, partnerships, or sales experience in fast-paced growth environment
Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working in payments, e-commerce, Fintech and/or technology enabled commerce businesses in a solution selling environment
Experience in driving payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the India market landscape, Relationships across key players would be valuable.
Own and manage partnerships, drive business outcomes, and coordinate internal resources towards delivery of partnership goals.
Develop, manage and deliver on account plans.
Experience of successfully managing strategic clients and offer ongoing payments consulting.
Experience in developing and tracking client-centric strategies within a matrixed organization.
Solution focused, should be able to connect the dots and leverage Visa best practices, make timely decisions in ambiguous, high-pressure situations, quick to adjust/recover and reset priorities.
