Senior Manager, Account Based Marketing

Were looking for a Senior Manager, Account-Based Marketing to help drive our growth by designing and executing strategic campaigns focused on high-value accounts. This role is key to accelerating the pipeline and deepening engagement with our most important segments. Youll work cross-functionally to bring campaigns to lifealigning tightly with sales, product marketing, and other marketing teams to drive targeted pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Account-Based Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Define, orchestrate and report on the cross functional demand generation efforts for a defined segment and personas across their lifecycle stages
• Develop and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns that align with sales priorities and business goals.
• Partner with sales teams to define target accounts, craft personalized campaign tactics, and measure pipeline impact.
• Manage campaign timelines, assets, and execution across channels including social, email, digital, events, and direct mail.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with product marketing, content, and digital teams to build compelling messaging and creative assets tailored to targeted accounts.
• Coordinate campaign execution with the rest of the marketing team to maintain consistency.

Event and Campaign Integration:

• Support the execution of pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns tied to key virtual and in-person events.
• Partner with the events team to increase account engagement and maximize ROI from field marketing activities.

Campaign Performance & Optimization:

• Track, report, and analyze campaign performance across engagement, pipeline, and revenue metrics.
• Use data and insights to continuously optimize campaign performance and account engagement strategies.

Requirements

• 710 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 35 years in account-based marketing or integrated campaign roles, within SaaS or tech.
• Strong understanding of multi-touch campaign execution across email, digital, content, and events.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with sales teams, and influence without authority.
• Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms to run and track campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with campaign data and reporting.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for building compelling experiences for target accounts.
