Role Overview

Senior Associate Logistics

You will play a key role in building scalable logistics processes to support Kazams growing business and nationwide expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations including dispatch, transportation, and delivery management.
• Coordinate with vendors, 3PLs, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.
• Track and analyze logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, freight costs, turnaround times, etc.) and implement process improvements.
• Manage last-mile and reverse logistics operations efficiently.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, and customer success teams.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Negotiate contracts and freight rates with logistics partners.
• Leverage data analytics tools to drive visibility and continuous improvement in logistics performance.
• Support planning and forecasting of logistics budgets and resource requirements.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, 3PL management, and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics management software.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience in EV, renewable energy, or tech-driven logistics is a plus.
